Only Vision & Courage

A whirlwind of happenings. In any country. Promises and hopes shattered. And then revived again. What else to have but courage. The saying by younger generations that you will die of old age but we of climate change rings too true. But, it is always courage that takes people through severe epochs. And courage triggers strength and progress.

This year has seen some progress in fighting climate change. The move to wind and solar energy production keeps expanding. There is a continuing push to reduce the production and use of plastic. A treaty to protect 30% of the Oceans by 2030. And the EU has issued a stop of products that involve deforestation. Which is also on Brazil’s agenda.

This time I cannot complain about the weather, with a soft sun, blue sky and the temperature remaining around 10°C. Almost ideal, but I cannot speak for other regions. Obviously, it takes a universal view to realise the need for action and make Mother Earth a liveable place for all.
